Dr. Luqman has traveled abroad extensively; Kenya, Egypt, Ghana, Dubai, Gambia, Paris, Amsterdam, Ireland, and England.  He and his wife Shawnisa Francis, PA-C (Watership Clinic) are excited to live, work, and raise their children in Port Townsend.
