Our Team
Jefferson Healthcare’s board-certified Neurologists offer comprehensive care for disorders related to the brain, spinal cord and nerves. Talk to your primary care provider if you want to be referred to our tele-Neurology team.
Instructions for Patients
Tele-Neurology is provided on-site at Jefferson Healthcare’s main hospital building at 834 Sheridan Street. When you arrive at the hospital, go to the second floor and check in at the Cardiology and Sleep Clinic desk. A medical assistant will then escort you to an exam room and connect you with your doctor. The medical assistant will be available to help you with anything you need during the appointment.
