Insurance: Are You Covered?
Please reach out to your insurance plan to confirm if Jefferson Healthcare is part of your network. If Jefferson Healthcare is not in-network but your policy includes out-of-network benefits, you may still be eligible for covered care at Jefferson Healthcare with approval from your plan. If Jefferson Healthcare is out-of-network, you will need prior authorization from your insurance carrier for all non-emergency services, including visits to the Express Clinic, because it is not an Urgent Care facility. Please review your policy, as services provided outside your plan’s network may result in higher out-of-pocket costs.
