Biography

Prior to settling in Port Townsend, Dr. Molly Hong was fortunate to live and work in a variety of places. She grew up in Ontario, Canada, and New Jersey before spending eight years in school in Rhode Island. Family Medicine training brought her out to the West Coast, which she now affectionately refers to as the “Best Coast.” For two years after residency and before returning for an additional year of fellowship training, she worked as a traveling doctor in Oregon, Washington, Wisconsin, and Alaska as well as a volunteer doctor in Thailand. Molly joined Jefferson Healthcare Primary Care in October of 2007. While she enjoys serving people of all ages and backgrounds through family medicine, she has a special interest in maternity and pediatric care. She and her husband are sport and game enthusiasts as well as readers and travelers.
