Our primary care providers understand the importance of receiving gender-affirming care close to home. We partner with you and regional consultants to provide the best care options to meet your health goals and needs.

Whole Person Primary Care

Our primary care teams provide preventative health care and ongoing assistance in the diagnosis and managment of new and chronic medical issues.

Many of our primary care providers have expericnce and education specific to care for transgender and gender diverse patients. They know how to work with your specialists to ensure the best possible care and coordination of services.

Hormone Replacement Therapy

Our providers can coordinate hormone replacement treatment.

Behavioral Health

Behavioral health services and therapists are available through provider referral

Additional services

For services not currently provided , such as top and bottom surgeries, referrals are provided.
