Philosophy

As an experienced Physical Therapist,  Trista has worked in a variety of settings, including hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, home health, and outpatient physical therapy. Through these experiences, formal education and continued education and working with clinical specialists, she has gained a well-rounded understanding of the road to recovery.

Trist feels blessed to have found a career that she truly loves. It brings her joy knowing that she helps patients feel better when they walk out compared to when they walked in. She practices with the individual as a whole in mind, knowing injuries affect each person differently. She looks forward to the opportunity of getting to know and working with my patients.
