Biography

Talya’s clinical interests include sleep-related breathing disorders, sleep-related movement disorders, insomnia, narcolepsy, parasomnias, and circadian rhythm sleep-wake disorders.

She has a keen interest in science and the development of medical knowledge, coupled with a desire to empower others to live their lives to the fullest. She enjoys collaborating with patients to determine the best treatment options. She strives to create an environment where patients receive a compassionate and evidence-based approach to optimizing their health.

Outside of work, she spends time with family and friends hiking, open-water swimming, cross-country skiing, gardening, traveling, and watercolor painting.
