Biography

Dr. Butterfield is the Chief Medical Officer at Jefferson Healthcare. He has been practicing Internal Medicine and Pediatrics at Jefferson Healthcare since 2004. He is a fellow of the American College of Physicians and a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics.  He is a recipient of the Arnold P. Gold Foundation “Gold Doc Award,” recognizing physicians who demonstrate exemplary sensitivity, compassion, and clinical excellence in the care of patients and their families.

He enjoys hiking, reading, and spending time with his family and friends.
