Helen earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Washington and has practiced since 2017. She enjoys living in the Port Townsend community with her wife, two young children and dog.

Philosophy

Helen strives to help people help themselves by empowering clients with knowledge, guidance and self-efficacy to assist in making changes in their lives to help them reach their own meaningful goals.

Hobbies 

She enjoys spending time in the outdoors and traveling to learn about the many cultures of the world.
