Get Protected This Fall: Flu & COVID-19 Vaccine Clinics at Jefferson Healthcare
Jefferson Healthcare will be offering vaccine clinics for flu and COVID-19 vaccines on October 11 and October 25 at the Sheridan Clinic.
September 24, 2025
As cooler weather sets in, so does flu season. Also, COVID-19 continues to circulate in our communities. Protecting yourself and your loved ones with a flu shot and updated COVID-19 vaccine is one of the easiest steps you can take to stay healthy this fall and winter.
Jefferson Healthcare is hosting two flu and COVID-19 vaccine clinics in October, making it simple and convenient to get vaccinated.
Vaccine Clinic Details
There will be two opportunities to get your vaccines at the Sheridan Primary Care Clinic, 915 Sheridan St. in Port Townsend:
- Saturday, October 11, 9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.
- Saturday, October 25, 9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.
Flu and COVID-19 vaccines will be available for children (ages six months and older) and adults. COVID-19 vaccine availability will depend on supply. Jefferson Healthcare is monitoring CDC and Department of Health guidance to ensure updated doses are offered as soon as possible.
You do not need to be a Jefferson Healthcare patient to attend the vaccine clinics.
Who Should Get Vaccinated?
The flu and COVID-19 vaccines are recommended for nearly everyone 6 months and older. Vaccination is especially important for:
- Adults 65 and older
- Pregnant individuals
- People at high risk of COVID-19
- Anyone who has not yet received a COVID-19 vaccine
Getting vaccinated by the end of October provides the best protection through flu season and ahead of winter holidays.
Cost and Coverage
Most insurance plans, including Apple Health (Medicaid), cover both vaccines. Washington’s Adult and Childhood Vaccine Programs also help cover costs. If you’re unsure, confirm with your insurance provider before your appointment.
Get Protected
Don’t wait until flu and COVID-19 are spreading widely, protect yourself and your family now. Join us at one of our October clinics, visit a local pharmacy, or schedule your vaccines for your next primary care provider visit.
