New Partnership Brings Enhanced Medicare Education to Jefferson County Residents

Jefferson Healthcare has partnered with Kristin Manwaring Insurance to offer enhanced Medicare education and support to East Jefferson County residents. Together, we will host a series of educational seminars to help community members make informed decisions and keep care local.

Jefferson Healthcare is proud to announce a new partnership with trusted local insurance provider Kristin Manwaring Insurance (KMi) to expand Medicare education and support for the communities we serve.

This collaboration brings together two deeply rooted local organizations with a shared goal: to help East Jefferson County residents better understand their Medicare options and make confident, informed choices about their health coverage.

By working together, Jefferson Healthcare and KMi are reinforcing a simple truth — we’re stronger when we collaborate. This partnership keeps care and guidance local, personal and accessible, ensuring community members receive the clarity and support they deserve when navigating Medicare options. 

Through this partnership, Jefferson Healthcare and KMi will host a series of Medicare 101 educational events, starting in June and continuing into early 2026. These events are open to anyone interested in understanding the “A, B, C’s and D’s” of Medicare, and how their choices impact access to care locally, right here in East Jefferson County. 

“Every year, we see patients who unknowingly choose plans that don’t include Jefferson Healthcare providers in their coverage network. This means residents have to travel to Whidbey Island, Silverdale or even Seattle to receive care,” said Jefferson Healthcare CEO Mike Glenn. “We have a long history of partnering with KMi and look forward to working with her to help our community choose wisely so we can provide their care at Jefferson healthcare.”
