At Jefferson Healthcare, we know that our nurses are the heart of patient care. Every day, they bring skill, compassion, and dedication to their work, often going above and beyond for patients and their families. Now, we’re asking for your help to recognize these incredible individuals by submitting a nomination for the DAISY Award.

About the DAISY Award

The DAISY Award is an international recognition program that honors the extraordinary clinical skill and compassionate care that nurses provide every day. It was created by the family of J. Patrick Barnes in 1999, after he passed away from complications of an autoimmune disease. During Patrick’s hospitalization, his family was deeply moved by the care he received, and they created the DAISY Foundation as a way to say “thank you” to the nurses who made a difference in his life.
