An evidence-based fall prevention program for adults. Tai Ji Quan classes consist of warm-up exercises, core practices, variations of form, therapeutic movement and cool down exercises.
$120 for a 12-week class series on Tuesdays and Fridays
Classes are held in the Jefferson Healthcare Wellness Center, dedicated to illness prevention through education, empowerment and movement.
