Tai Ji Quan for better balance

Tai Ji Quan for better balance An evidence-based fall prevention program for adults.  Tai Ji Quan classes consist of warm-up exercises, core practices, variations of form, therapeutic movement and cool down exercises. $120 for a 12-week class series on Tuesdays and Thursdays with the last class on March 28. Classes are held in the Jefferson Healthcare Wellness Center, dedicated to illness prevention through education, empowerment and movement.
