Mindfulness Meditation Classes

Mindfulness meditation is a tool to increase ease, focus and well-being.  With practice, people experience less anxiety, improved mood and sleep, as well as improved blood pressure, glucose and pain control. Start your practice with a skilled facilitator in this series of six classes beginning February 7th to March 14. Classes are held in the Jefferson Healthcare Wellness Center, dedicated to illness prevention through education, empowerment and movement. More information email jlevin@jeffersonhealthcare.org
