Exercise to Beat Back Pain

Exercise to Beat Back Pain will be focused on using exercise to decrease, and even eliminate, low back pain from one's life. The class will draw upon but not be limited to exercise from the schools of Yoga and Pilates, and will include simple core stabilization progressing towards dynamic core stabilization as well as posture and body mechanics education. The instructor, Shauna Keeley, is a licensed physical therapist who has focused on specializing in orthopedic physical therapy, and most specifically in treatment of the spine, over the course of her career.
