Understanding Grief & Healing Through Sorrow, a 12-week test uided support group, will begin November 10^th, 2022.  In the twice-monthly Zoom sessions, participants will build a supportive outlet for navigating grief and loss through the holiday season.  The group will use principles from the series “Understanding Your Grief” by Alan D. Wolfelt, Ph.D.

The group will meet on the 2^nd & 4^th Thursdays of each month from November 10, 2022 through May 25, 2023. You are not alone.

Financial support from Edensaw Community Cancer Foundation makes this program possible.  Their ongoing goal is to raise funds to financially assist Jefferson County cancer patients and their families.  Nearly all of Edensaw’s employees donate a portion of their earnings to the ECCF.  Thank you Edensaw staff and family.
